Description
Our Colombia Tolima Decaf EA is a smooth, flavorful single-origin coffee sourced from the renowned coffee-growing mountains of Tolima, Colombia. Grown at elevations between 1,500–2,100 MASL, this coffee benefits from rich volcanic soils, high-altitude climate conditions, and generations of traditional coffee farming.
This decaf coffee is processed using the Ethyl Acetate (EA) Sugarcane Decaffeination method — a naturally derived process that uses compounds commonly found in sugarcane and molasses to gently remove caffeine while preserving the coffee’s natural sweetness and complexity.
The result is a balanced and comforting cup with notes of orange, shortbread, and molasses, complemented by a silky body and mild citrus brightness. Carefully roasted to a medium profile, this coffee delivers a smooth, approachable experience without sacrificing flavor.
Tolima has become one of Colombia’s most respected specialty coffee regions, known for producing exceptional coffees through sustainable small-family farming practices and careful processing methods.
Whether brewed as drip coffee, pour-over, or espresso, this decaf offers a rich and satisfying cup any time of day.
